**Morning: Arrive in Breves/Travel to Caxiuana; on the** ***Ferreira Pena*** **(owned by the Museu Goeldi, ~9 hours)**  
**Late afternoon/Evening: Arrive in Caxiuana**

**May 21 (Field visit)**  
**Morning: Visit ESECAFLOR (drought experiment) plots**
